Filling by gear pump for accurate dosing of stringy products

The last CDA innovation is the K-Set, a machine with a volumetric filling system. Equipped with a gear pump, this filler was especially designed for the dosage of stringy products (without pieces) as maple syrup, oil, etc.

This technology allows a precise dosage (+/- 0.5%) while it limits constraints related to stringy products thanks to its high capacity of aspiration. Furthermore, it is easily cleanable: the dosage system can be quickly dismantled and can be cleaned with high pressure water.

The K-Set can be sold with a hopper; the junction is done with a stainless steel insert on the pump head, which allows a robust and resistant assembly.

The CDA gear pump has an intuitive touch screen, which enables the dosage correction (and the memorisation), the machine control and settings. Recommended for the stringy products dosage between 20g and 2kg, this filler can reach a speed up to 5 pot of 500g per minute.

This machine can be delivered and used in an independant way (activation by pedal or button) or can complete a filling machine (semi-automatic as the K-Dense or automatic as the K-Net Auto).

The CDA independent dosage pump can be completed by a capping machine (VS 100) and a labeler (semi-automatic or automatic following your packaging needs)
