Ninon Wrap Automatic labeler for wrap-around labeling of cylindrical products

The Ninon Wrap by CDA is an automatic linear labeler designed for cylindrical products. Unlike other CDA labeling machines, the Ninon Wrap uses the banding technique, allowing it to apply a wrapping label that goes around cylindrical products. This means that only one adhesive label is applied per container.

It can label up to 200 products per minute with great precision, and the speed may vary depending on the label size and container format. Additionally, this machine is known for its user-friendly interface (using a touchscreen) and easy adjustment (often requiring no additional tools).

This machine is suitable for various industries, including :

• brewery (beer bottles 25cl, 33cl, and so on.),
• cosmetics (ointments, liquid soap, shampoo, moisturizing products, shower gel, and so on.),
• the food industry (canned fruits and vegetables, sauce, condiments, jam, honey, marmalade, and so on.),
• chemicals (cleaning products, solvents, motor oil, detergents, and so on.),
• as well as paints and varnishes (jars, buckets, cans).

The Ninon Wrap can be seamlessly integrated into a complete packaging line, following, for example, a CDA automatic filler or a linear capper. Alternatively, it can be used independently.
