The K-Net Auto – T-Stopper Inserter – R1000 complete line is an automated packaging solution designed and manufactured by CDA, combining three key operations: filling, T-stopper insertion, and labeling. Designed for producers of spirits, oils, food products, and any other product packaged with a T-stopper and capsule, this line provides a turnkey solution that combines accuracy, productivity, and flexibility.
The line consists of:
Each line is engineered by our design department to ensure that its layout is perfectly adapted to the requirements of your production facility. This complete line can be installed in a straight-line, L-shaped, or U-shaped configuration and can also incorporate infeed and outfeed tables depending on production needs. In addition, a wide range of options can be integrated, including inspection systems, marking solutions, coding equipment, and more.
The first stage of the packaging process is carried out by the K-Net Auto. This automatic filling machine can achieve production speeds of up to 1,200 bottles per hour while ensuring excellent filling accuracy. Depending on your product characteristics, different filling technologies can be integrated to meet your production requirements.
Once filled, the containers are transferred to the pneumatic T-stopper inserter. This module ensures consistent and precise insertion of T-stoppers (although stopper feeding is performed manually by an operator).
This solution is particularly popular in the spirits, oils, and specialty products industries where high-quality closures using T-stoppers, capsules, or overcaps are required.
The final stage is performed by the R1000, an automatic labeling machine designed to apply up to four labels to the same container. This machine can also distribute capsules and crimp them onto the neck of the bottles. Its intuitive touchscreen interface simplifies adjustments and enables quick changeovers between product formats.
Thanks to its versatility, the R1000 can handle a wide variety of bottle shapes and sizes, meeting the needs of producers looking for a complete, high-quality product presentation.
Additional equipment can be integrated into complete packaging lines, such as rotary accumulation tables, HSA industrial coding systems, or thermal transfer printers, providing a solution fully tailored to your production requirements.
This complete line is particularly well suited for packaging spirits, oils, vinegars, syrups, and, more generally, any product bottled with a T-stopper and capsule. Each project is carefully evaluated to ensure that the filling technology is adapted to the product being packaged.
The K-Net Auto – T-Stopper Inserter – R1000 line can reach speeds of up to 1,200 bottles per hour. Actual output depends on container size, product characteristics, closure type, and line configuration.
No. In this configuration, T-stoppers are manually fed by an operator. The pneumatic inserter then ensures accurate and consistent insertion into the bottles.
The line can be configured to handle a wide variety of bottle formats, including cylindrical, oval, rectangular, and custom-shaped bottles. Our team conducts a preliminary evaluation to ensure compatibility with your containers.
Yes. The R1000 integrated into this line can distribute capsules and crimp them onto the bottle neck, delivering a finished product ready for retail distribution.
The R1000 can be equipped with up to four labeling stations, allowing the application of a front label, back label, neck label, or any other decorative or regulatory labeling element required.
Yes. Every complete line is custom-designed by CDA’s engineering department. The layout can be configured in a straight-line, L-shaped, or U-shaped arrangement, with the addition of rotary tables, coding systems, inspection devices, and other complementary equipment.
Yes. Like all CDA equipment, this line can evolve as your production needs change. Additional modules and options can be integrated during installation or at a later stage to support the growth of your business.
