Automatic screw capping machine VS500 Automatic capper adapted to pump and gun caps

The electric screwdriver VS 500 is an automatic screw capping module. Equipped with two belts (with lateral movement), this machine is particularly suitable for gun caps (for sprays) or pump caps. Capable of accommodating various cap formats, the VS 500 offers a crank-adjustable height setting.

In addition, the VS 500 is equipped with :

• a 1000 mm length conveyor,
• a pneumatic cylinder (sequencing and bottle locking),
• detection cells (cap and bottle presence),
• a product stop device under the capping module (with centering),
• a capping device with belts (manual height and torque adjustment).

The VS 500 can be integrated into a filling machine, a monobloc, or a complete packaging line.

The speed of this capper can reach up to 25 products per minute (but variations exist depending on caps, containers, the operator, and so on.)

The wide variety of supported caps, makes the VS 500 a machine that can equip workshops in various industries, such as :

• cosmetics (with sprayers, liquid soaps with pumps, shampoos, and so on.),
• chemistry (household and detergent products).
