Cap System Complete capsule or foil dispensing & crimping system

The Cap System is a machine for the distribution and crimping of capsules and hoods. It is perfectly suited for all bottle formats and can crimp up to 2500 bottles per hour, depending on the crimping type. The Cap System can easily be integrated with CDA’s automatic labelers and any production line.

This machine is equipped with the following elements :

• A wheeled chassis for better mobility (can also be set up on legs)
• A motorized conveyor (chain width 82.5mm)
• An automatic centering device
• A multi-format selection screw
• A capsule distributor
• One or two crimping stations (height adjustment via the touchscreen)
• An intuitive touchscreen for easy machine management (with product counter).

Several options can be added to this machine, such as:

• A mixed distributor (to handle both capsules and hoods)
• A crimping station for hoods
• A rotary cylindrical table at the machine’s exit.

• Our R1000/1500 machine can meet your labeling and crimping requirements for still wine at a rate of 1500 bottles/hour, with the capacity to apply up to 4 labels.
• The R1000/1500 Mixed can process both still and sparkling wine, handling up to 1000 bottles/hour with the option to apply up to 4 labels.
• The Regional machine is designed for still wine, with a capacity of 1500 bottles/hour and the ability to apply up to 4 labels.
• The Lystop S can handle still wine at a rate of up to 2500 bottles/hour, applying up to 4 labels.
