Ninon Side Labeling machine to apply pressure sensitive labels to products with flat surfaces

The Ninon Side by CDA is an automatic machine designed for adhesive labeling on the sides of square, rectangular, and oval-shaped products. With its parallel side labeling stations, it can apply two labels simultaneously at a speed of up to 60 products per minute. This speed may vary depending on the size of the products and labels.

The Ninon Side is suitable for various industries, including :

• Cosmetics and hygiene (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, cream, body oil, mouthwash, and so on.),
• Food industry (vinegar, oil, sauce, fruit juice, syrup, honey, jam, marmalade, mustard, vegetables, and so on.),
• Chemicals (detergent, solvent, household products, motor oil, and so on.),
• Paints and varnishes (jars, cans, and so on.).

This labeler can be equipped with various options to tailor it to the specific packaging needs of each company, such as : an additional conveyor length, larger chain width, flap systems, coding/marketing systems, and more.

To optimize the automatic packaging of your products, the Ninon Side can be installed downstream of CDA automatic fillers (especially the K-Net Auto and the K-Line S) as well as linear cappers (VSA, VS1000, VS2000). Like all other CDA packaging machines, this labeler can also operate independently.
