R1000-R1500 Mix Automatic labeling machine to label bottles of wine and sparkling wines

The R1000/1500 Mix from CDA is a versatile adhesive labeling machine. This labeler is suitable for still and sparkling wine bottles (such as champagne and sparkling wines) on the same machine. This machine can apply up to four labels per bottle, including:

• The main label,
• The back label,
• The medal,
• The collar.

Additionally, the R1000/1500 Mix dispenses and crimps capsules (in aluminum/tin and heat-shrinkable ones) as well as hoods.

This linear automatic labeler is compatible with:

• all types of still wine bottles (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, Rhône, etc.),
• Champagne bottles and other sparkling wines (Blanquette de Limoux, sparkling, crémant, etc.).

All volumes (from 25 cl to a magnum size) are supported, and the adaptation of the R1000/1500 Mix is done without additional equipment. Therefore, the change of bottle formats is easy and quick.

This labeling and crimping machine can easily integrate into a bottling line. It is also extremely versatile, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of industries.
