Solo Up Automatic labeling machine to place a label on top of containers

The Solo Up automatic labeling machine is designed to apply a single adhesive label on the top of products. Containers such as jars, bottles, boxes, cans, etc., made of glass, PVC, PET, or metal, are supported by the Solo Up.

The labeling speed can reach up to 25 products per minute, but it varies depending on the size of the products and labels (the smaller they are, the higher the speed). The Solo Up is versatile and suitable for various industries, including the agri-food sector (honey jars), cosmetics (cream jars, hair balm), candles, natural products, etc.

The Solo Up is equipped with :

• A stainless steel frame,
• A motorized conveyor (82.6mm chain width, but other widths are possible),
• A product pacing system (using wheels, screws, cylinders, etc.),
• A label application station for the top of the products,
• An intuitive touchscreen (for managing machine settings, parameters, and product counting),
• An exit table (rectangular or cylindrical as an option).

The Solo Up can be integrated into a complete CDA packaging line, making it compatible with precision automatic fillers like the K-Net Auto (up to 800 liters/hour) and cappers/screwers like the VSA. The Solo Up is easy to use thanks to its intuitive touchscreen.

If you need an automatic labeling machine capable of applying multiple labels in a single operation, CDA proposes the Ninon Mix. This machine can apply up to four labels and achieve a labeling speed of 50 products per minute. The Ninon Mix is suitable for adhesive labeling on the sides and tops of square, cylindrical, oval, and conical products without the need to change machines or equipment.
