Container Air Rinser / Cleaner | WIN-DY Automatic blower designed to clean your containers

The WIN-DY is an automatic air rinsing machine designed by CDA to provide thorough internal cleaning of bottles, jars, and other containers before the filling process.

During manufacturing, storage, or handling, dust, particles, and small debris can accumulate inside containers.

To prevent contamination or quality issues, the WIN-DY uses a powerful and precise stream of compressed air to remove all internal impurities efficiently.

Equipped with an automatic inversion system, the WIN-DY grabs each container, flips it upside down, and directs its opening toward compressed-air nozzles.
It achieves an output of up to 1,200 glass jars per hour (380 g – Ø77 x H90), ensuring consistent cleaning performance even at high production rates.

This process ensures a complete and hygienic cleaning cycle, preparing every container for safe and high-quality filling.

Thanks to its compact design and user-friendly operation, the WIN-DY can be easily integrated into any CDA packaging line including filling, capping, and labeling or used as a standalone unit.
