CDA has recognized these specificities and has dedicated part of its range to the labeling and sealing of still and sparkling wine bottles.
CDA semi-automatic labelers are designed for precise removal of one or more adhesive labels on wine bottles, but also on other spirits and alcohols such as Rum, Pastis, Armagnac, Cognac, Gin, Vodka, Whisky, etc. These machines guarantee a precise and fast deposit, with a capacity of up to 1000 bottles per hour, adapting to all cylindrical formats and capacities, from 50 cl wine bottles to magnums.
CDA automatic labelers offer application accuracy of up to 4 labels per bottle, fast production (from 800 to 2500 bottles per hour depending on format and machine), ease of use and maintenance, as well as excellent quality-ratioprice. They adapt to all forms of wine and spirits bottles.
In addition to labellers and crimpers, CDA offers complementary solutions to optimize the packaging of productions. This includes adding loading/unloading tables, extending conveyors and packaging pallets or cartons.
