K-Net Semi-automatic filling and capping machine adapted for liquid, viscous or pasty products | K-Net

The K-Net by CDA is a semi-automatic filling machine designed for dosing a wide range of products :

• Liquids,
• Viscous,
• Paste-like.
  

Depending on the products to be dosed, the K-Net will be configured with the dosing system that best fits :

• Flowmeter (mass or electromagnetic),
• Piston.

As a result, this semi-automatic filler is compatible with various industries such as :

• Agri-food (juices, edible oils…),
• Cosmetics (various balms and ointments, creams, and other skincare products…),
• Spirits (alcohols like rums, gins, liqueurs, and others),
• Chemical industry (cleaning and household products, laundry…).
  

The K-Net features a stainless steel frame and dosing spout, a centering V-guide (for proper neck positioning), and a touchscreen. Upon request and as an option, this filler can also be equipped with a capping (or pressing) system, a remote inserter (for filling large containers), a tablet (for better operator comfort), etc.

Its speed can reach up to 600 products/hour (depending on the desired dosage and the product/container). Our fillers work with all shapes containers: round, tapered, flat, oval.

The K-Net is appreciated for its versatility, ease of use, and excellent cleanability. 

This filling machine can be complemented by a capping machine and a labeling machine from CDA.
