Lystop 4 Automatic crimping & labeling machine for wine industry

The Lystop 4 by CDA is an automatic crimping and labeling machine designed specifically for the wine industry. This professional machine enables high-quality labeling and crimping for wine bottles.

The Lystop 4 applies up to four adhesive labels on bottles, including :

• main labels,
• back labels,
• collars,
• and medals.

Transparent labels can be accommodated with an optional feature. The labeling station’s height allows for reel heights from 10mm to 155mm (standard) with a 40mm or 76mm mandrel.

This machine also handles the automatic distribution of capsules (metallic and/or PVC, packaged in sticks) and their crimping. Crimping can be done in various ways:

• 4 crimping stations,
• a thermal tunnel,
• 2 thermal bells.

The Lystop 4 can process up to 3000 bottles per hour.

This labeling machine is easy to use and quickly adapts (without additional equipment) to various wine bottle formats, ranging from half bottles to Magnum. This is possible due to several elements such as the automatic centering device and the multi-format selection screw. The Lystop 4 can be seamlessly integrated into a high-speed bottling line and can also be used independently.
