Ninon By-Pass Dual-conveyor labeling machine for fast labeling of cylindrical products

The Ninon By Pass by CDA is an automatic labeling machine that combines the labeling quality of the three-point technique with a speed of up to 120 products per minute.

The key feature of this labeler is its continuous operation during a reel change. The Ninon By Pass is equipped with a “double conveyor,” with labeling stations on each side (up to 3 on each side, totaling 6 labeling stations). Containers are directed to one side or the other of the conveyor through a sorting gate.

The Ninon By Pass allows the application of one to three labels on all cylindrical products (bottles, cans, jars, etc.), whether they are made of glass, metal, cardboard, or plastic. Thus, this machine is suitable for various industries :

This machine easily integrates into an existing packaging line (following a filler or capper) but can also be used independently.
