A monobloc enables the completion of the three key packaging stages—filling, capping, and labeling—on a single machine.

The E-Fill is an ultra-compact automatic machine initially designed for packaging e-liquid bottles. This monobloc is perfectly suited for cylindrical products ranging from 5ml to 1 liter with a maximum diameter of 90 mm.

Depending on the customer’s product, the E-Fill can be equipped with one of the two following dosing systems :

• A peristaltic pump, involving the compression of a flexible tube (achieved by the rotation of rollers). The tube’s compression defines a volume, which is then transferred into the container. This system has many advantages : the product only comes into contact with the tube, making product changeovers quick and straightforward (simply by replacing the tube).
• A volumetric pump (via electromagnetic, mass, or piston flowmeter) depending on the viscosity and conductivity of the product to be filled.
  

Over time, the industries served by this machine have expanded. Today, numerous companies and products across various sectors are packaged by this machine, including :

• Agri-food (flavorings, condiments, sauces),
• Cosmetics (oil, serum, perfume),
• Essential oils,
• Paint (varnish).
  

This monobloc can fill up to 25 products per minute while capping the lids and applying up to 2 labels. This rate is indicative and varies depending on the liquid to be dosed, container format, labels, and so on.

The E-Fill is user-friendly, easy to clean, and adjust. For instance, its intuitive touchscreen allows the memorization of 50 product configurations, significantly saving time during product changeovers.
