Designed to offer great flexibility in packaging bottles ranging from 5 to 250mL, the E-Fill SW Pipette is capable of automatically filling, capping, and labeling bottles with a pipette cap. These caps are commonly used for CBD-based oils or serums in the cosmetic industry.

Using an external vibratory bowl, the E-Fill SW Pipette automatically straightens the pipette caps. Then, the caps are conveyed into the machine through a vibrating ramp. Every detail has been carefully considered for precision and safety, as a clamp has been added to facilitate guidance and prevent breakage.

The E-Fill SW Pipette has two operating modes :

• The Full automatic mode : It is preferred for large product series where everything is automated, including the transport of bottles and caps. Using an external vibratory bowl, the E-Fill SW Pipette automatically straightens the caps and conveys them inside the machine through a ramp. They are then picked up by a Pick & Place system and automatically placed at the bottle’s neck level. A clamp has been added to facilitate the guidance of the pipette towards the neck, preventing any breakage. Once deposited, the “Pick & Place” system takes care of screwing the cap onto the container. On the container side, it has been previously straightened and conveyed to a “star” where it is guided to a dosing spout. After receiving a predefined dose, the container is directed to the Pick and Place (where it will receive the cap, which will then be screwed on top). The system is considered ‘autonomous’ and allows for high production speeds.

• Switch mode : It is preferred for packaging small and medium product series. In this mode, human presence is significant as the cap is manually placed on the container (instead of being done automatically by the Pick & Place system). The container is automatically conveyed from one end to the other of the monobloc. Side doors allow the operator to manually place the caps on the bottles once they have been filled. Subsequently, the caps will be automatically screwed onto the bottles by a capper. This mode allows the machine to have a greater versatility, handling various container/cap formats. It is suitable for small-scale productions that do not require high speeds.

In full auto mode, the E-Fill SW Pipette can achieve a speed of up to 50 products/minute (3000 bottles/hour) for the 10ml containers. However, this speed varies depending on the viscosity of the product, the caps used, and more.

The E-Fill SW Pipette is compatible with a wide range of industries, including :

• pharmaceuticals (solutions, decongestants),
• cosmetics (serums, face and body oils),
• and natural products (essential oils).
