E-Fill SW Automatic filler, capper and labeller with semi-automatic mode for complementary products

The E-Fill SW is an automatic monobloc that performs all three key packaging stages : filling, capping, and labeling.

It is designed for small formats and offers great versatility. The E-Fill SW can fill, cap, and label bottles ranging from 5 to 250ml in various formats (e-liquids, essential oils, flavors, colorants, reagents, etc.).

Features of the E-Fill SW Monobloc :
The E-Fill SW can be used in two operating modes : full automatic and switch mode.
– The full automatic mode is generally recommended and used for large product series. Its ‘Pick & Place’ system allows the automatic placement and capping of caps onto containers.
– The switch mode is primarily used for packaging small and medium product series. In this mode, the operator manually places the cap on the container. The opening of the doors allows the operator to place the caps on the bottles, which are then screwed onto the bottles by a specific automatic screwdriver. While this manual placement significantly reduces the packaging speed, it provides a greater flexibility for small product series. This avoids handling or making overly complicated adjustments on the machine.

The E-Fill SW monobloc can fill up to 3000 bottles per hour, equivalent to 50 products/minute (for 10 mL formats) while applying up to 2 labels. This packaging monobloc is versatile and suitable for various industries, including :
– Agri-food (for flavors, food colorants),
– E-liquids (e.g., Chubby bottles),
– Pharmaceuticals (reagents),
– CBD (oils),
– Cosmetics (serums),
– Essential oils, hydrosols, and floral waters.

Finally, the E-Fill SW can be combined with an automatic bowl feeder (for full automatic mode) and an independent rotary table (in switch mode) to feed the bottles. It is also possible to add a marking system on the label or the bottom of the bottles (optional).
