Ninette auto mini Labeling machine for small cylindrical products

The Ninette Auto Mini is a semi-automatic labeler designed for small products and cylindrical formats (pots, jars, cans, vials, flasks, or bottles).

This labeling machine can be equipped with one or two labeling stations.

Its adjustable and interchangeable plating system allows it to label containers with a diameter of 20 mm. This enables it to label small bottles in various industries :

• Natural products (essential oils),
• agri-food (dietary supplements),
• Cosmetics (nail polish and other small products),
• Agri-food (flavors, condiments, and other spices).

With its ultra-compact format (1166x750x1220), ease of use, and versatility, the Ninette Auto Mini is the ideal machine for small-scale productions (from small businesses to medium-sized enterprises).

The control of the Ninette Auto Mini is done through an intuitive touchscreen (equipped with a product counter). The speed of this semi-automatic labeler can reach up to 10 products per minute (equivalent to 600 products per hour).

Like the Ninette Auto, this labeler is equipped with a motorized conveyor and a rectangular output table (for product reception). It can also be optionally equipped with a wheeled frame for even more mobility.

The Ninette Auto Mini can be complemented by a CDA packaging machine such as a filler and a capper.
