Ninon 1500/2500 Linear labelling machine to apply up to 4 pressure sensitive labels per container

CDA proposes to you the Ninon 1500/2500, an automatic labeling machine that can apply up to four labels on a wide variety of cylindrical products (such as bottles, jars, buckets, cans, vials, etc.).

Designed for medium and large productions, this adhesive labeling machine has a speed of up to 50 products per minute.

The Ninon 1500/2500 is equipped with :

• Stainless steel frame,
• Motorized conveyor (chain width 82.6mm, but other widths are possible for paint cans, which are generally bulky),
• Product indexing system (by wheel, screw, cylinders, etc.),
• Up to 4 label application stations (designed for cylindrical containers or top application on products),
• Intuitive touch screen (for managing machine settings, parameters, and product counting),
• Optional accumulation table installed at the conveyor output (for the operator’s convenience).

Various options can be added to this machine, such as a larger/wider conveyor, flap systems, a marker/coder (for noting expiration dates or lot numbers), positioning cells for aligning labels based on a notch or pattern, and so on.

The automatic labeling machine Ninon 1500/2500 can be used independently or integrated into a complete packaging line. For example, it can be installed following a K-Net Auto and a VS 1000.
