Ninon Tapered Automatic labeling machine to label tapered products

The Ninon Tapered by CDA is a linear automatic labeler designed to apply up to three labels on all tapered products, such as jars, bottles, cans, and buckets. It can achieve a speed of up to 40 products per minute (varies depending on product and label sizes).

This industrial labeling machine is easily adaptable to different degrees of conicity without the need to change equipment.

In its standard version, the Ninon Tapered is equipped with the following elements :

• Stainless steel frame,
• Motorized conveyor (with various chain widths and possible lengths),
• Product pacing system,
• Up to 3 label application stations (designed for conical products),
• Touchscreen display.

A variety of options can be added to this machine, including flap systems, cells for applying transparent labels, rotary tables at the machine’s output (to facilitate the operator’s work), and more.

The Ninon Tapered is used in various industries, including :

• Cosmetics (perfumes, creams, ointments, antiseptic solutions, and so on.),
• Food industry (sauces, jams, marmalades, honey, fruit juices, vegetables, oil, vinegar, etc.),
• Chemicals (household products, detergents, solvents, motor oils, etc.),
• Paints and varnishes (jars, buckets, cans, and so on.),
• Beer (33cl or 75cl Paris bottles, 33cl or 75cl Celeste bottles, and so on.).
  

The Ninon Tapered by CDA can be used independently or integrated into a complete packaging line. For example, it can be installed after an automatic filler like the K-Line S or a capper (such as the VS 2000).
