The wine and distillery range of labelers and crimpers are ideal for winegrowers. Indeed, a large part of CDA’s customers work in the wine industry, which represents no less than 4000 wine growers. Your wine will be ideally highlighted whatever the capacity of the bottle (½, 0,75 cl, Magnum, etc.) and the format (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Alsace, Côte du Rhône, Clavelin, Champagne) tahnks to our pressure sensitive labelers.

The advantages of the CDA wine labelers range?

The CDA labeling and seaming machines are precise and efficient while being accessible since they have an excellent quality/price ratio. They apply self-adhesive labels, back labels, medals and collars on the wine bottles thanks to the 3 points technique. Capsules (metal or PVC) and caps (sparkling wine) are handled by the crimping machines that equip our machines.

The materials used for the manufacturing such as aluminum and stainless steel allow a remarkable longevity of our machines, while preserving a good rate and precision.

Moreover, our labeling machines are able to adapt (without additional tools) quickly to the different sizes of bottles (from 1/2 to Magnum). The systems of registration, centering, labeling and sealing are managed by a touch screen (for most machines ).

It is possible, with the help of our team of engineers, to design machines to be integrated on an already existing line, or an independent machine in order to best adapt to your needs. We can also equip your machine with complementary solutions, such as feeding/receiving tables (up to 60 bottles), marking systems, etc.

The machines that make up the Viti and Distillery range are

• The Stick is capable of applying adhesive labels to all types of product (cartons, boxes, cans, rectangular bottles, buckets, BIB, etc.). 

• R1000/1500 are linear self-labeling machines manufactured primarily for the wine industry. They are able to apply up to 4 labels and allow the crimping of PVC and/or metal caps. These labeling machines have a speed of up to 1500 bottles/hour.

• R1000 Foils is a labeling machine entirely designed for sparkling wines and Champagne bottles. This labeler applies up to 4 labels while crimping the caps (up to 800 bottles/hour). 

• R1000/R1500 Mix are labelers adapted to sparkling and still wine bottles on the same machine. This labeling machine applies up to 4 labels (label, back label, medal, collar) while crimping the caps and lids.

• Regionale is a machine for self-labeling designed specifically for winegrowers. It can apply up to 4 self-adhesive labels and crimp caps. The labeling rate is up to 2000 bottles/hour. 

• Lea is a labeling machine that can apply up to 4 labels on wine bottles while crimping PVC and/or metal caps. It adapts easily to the different formats of wine bottles and its speed reaches 2000 bottles/hour.

• Lystop S is a labeling machine that can apply up to 4 labels on wine bottles and allows the crimping of capsules.

• Lystop 4  is an automatic labeling & crimping machine for the wine & beverage industry. It applies up to 4 labels with a labeling rate up to 3000 bottles/hour.

• Cap System is a monobloc for dispensing and crimping capsules/caps. This monobloc has a speed of up to 2500 bottles/hour. The Cap System is ideal for the crimping of wine bottles as it is equipped with a conveyor belt, an intuitive touch screen, a capsule dispenser and one or two crimpers.
