The VSA is an independent automatic screwdriver equipped with an intuitive touchscreen. This capper can operate 100% autonomously but can also be integrated upstream or downstream of various CDA machines such as :

 

Up to 2 modules can be installed on the VSA, such as :

  • the VS 400 (tribological or lugged capping head),
  • the VS 500 (natural rubber capping belts),
  • a pressing system (for T-caps, frequently used in distillery or food processing sectors),
  • a capping station (head adapted for screw capping),
  • a crimping station (for spray caps like the perfume kind).

 

A multitude of configurations can be achieved on a VSA by combining 2 capping systems listed above ! It all depends on your project and the caps of your products.

The VSA is equipped with sensors that detect the presence of products and caps. These are manually placed by the operator on the neck of the containers. The detection cells thus secure the product flow. The VSA’s speed can reach 1500 products/hour (but it varies depending on the caps, containers, tightening torque, operator, and so on.). Thanks to its various capping solutions, the module can adapt to all types of caps, whether cylindrical (caps with vertical ridges, dropper caps, pre-threaded screw caps, screw caps, and hinged lids) with a gun (for spraying) or pump.
