The VS 400 is an automatic screwing module that integrates with various CDA machines such as fillers (K-Net Auto, K-Line S) and complete lines (or an E-Fill).

Thanks to its different screwing heads, this screwing machine adapts itself to various cylindrical caps (caps with vertical grooves, pipette caps, pre-threaded screw caps, screw caps, and hinged lids). This versatility makes it ideal for various industries such as :

• Food and beverages,
• Cosmetics,
• Chemicals,

In addition to adapting to a variety of caps, the VS 400 is very user-friendly. For example, the height adjustment is done through a crank.

This machine has detection cells to ensure the presence of bottles/caps and thus the safe conveyance of products. The screwing speed of the VS 400 can reach up to 25 products/minute. However, this speed varies depending on numerous factors (the cap, applied torque, operator, upstream machine, etc.).
