The VS 100 by CDA is a semi-automatic independent screwing module designed to screw threaded caps on various types of products. With the help of a built-in screwdriver, this module will screw the caps onto your containers. Easy to use, it features a stainless steel frame, a centering V (for proper product positioning), and a bi-manual control (100% pneumatic). The torque adjustment is made directly on the screwdriver head. This head is custom-made and easily replaceable.

The VS 100, a semi-automatic tabletop screwdriver, enables easy screwing of various caps (screw cap, lid, hinged cap, twist-off, pre-threaded cap), for a wide range of products :

• Agri-food (vinegar, oil/olive oil bottle caps, etc.),
  
• Cosmetics (soap bottle caps, etc.),
  
• E-liquid,
  
• Chemicals (detergent can caps, etc.).
