Ninon Mix Automatic labeling machine to label square, cylindrical, oval and tapered products

The Ninon Mix by CDA enables adhesive labeling on the sides and tops of square, cylindrical, oval, and conical products without any change of equipment.

This versatile linear automatic labeler can apply up to 5 labels, with a labeling capacity of up to 60 products per minute depending on the packaging.

The Ninon Mix is the most versatile labeling machine in the CDA range. Numerous options can be added to tailor it perfectly to the specific needs of each company, including :

• Conveyor width/length,
• Pacing system (using cylinders, wheels, etc.),
• Number and type of label application stations (for cylindrical, square, conical, oval products, labeling on the top, bottom, etc.),
• Marking/coding system (for indicating expiration date, use-by date, or other legal information),
• Cell for label application based on a notch, weld, etc.

This automatic labeling machine is suitable for all formats and industries, including :

• the food industry (sauces, honey, jam, oil, vinegar, mustard, and so on.),
• cosmetics (cream, perfume, body oil, soap, liquid soap, and so on.),
• paints and varnishes (buckets, cans, pots, etc.),
• and chemicals (dishwashing liquid, detergent, solvent, household products, and so on.).

The Ninon Mix CDA seamlessly integrates with a CDA automatic linear filler such as the K-Net Auto (speed up to 800 liters/hour) or the K-Line S (2 to 6 pouring spouts, speed up to 3000 liters/hour). It can also be installed following an automatic capping machine like the VS 1000 or the VS 2000.
