Solo Tapered Automatic labeling machine for tapered products

The Solo Tapered is an automatic linear labeling machine designed by CDA. This labeler is designed to apply 1 self adhesive label to tapered products (such as jars, bottles, cans and buckets). It can be easily adapted to different sizes of tapered products without changing equipment.

This machine is also equipped with an intuitive touch screen, which make easier the different adjustments.

The production rate of the Solo Tapered can reach up to 50 products / minute, depending on the size of the products and labels. It is used in various industries such as food (jam, olive oil), paint (varnish, paint buckets) and cosmetics (creams, liquid soap).

The Solo Konic can be integrated into a complete packaging line, an automatic filler or a linear capper but it can also be used independently.

However, for the application of several labels on the same tapered product, CDA offers the Ninon Tapered.
