Solo Tapered Automatic labeling machine for tapered products

Designed by CDA, the Solo Tapered is a linear automatic labeling machine. This labeler is designed to apply one adhesive label on conical products, such as paint cans, bottles, flasks, and varnish containers. It easily adapts to different formats and degrees of conicity without requiring a change of equipment.

This machine is equipped with :

• A stainless steel frame,
• A motorized conveyor (82.6mm chain width, but other widths are possible),
• A product pacing system (using wheels, screws, cylinders, etc.),
• A label application station suitable for conical products,
• An intuitive touchscreen (for managing machine settings, parameters, and product counting),
• An exit table (rectangular or cylindrical as an option).

The labeling speed of the Solo Tapered can reach up to 50 products per minute. This speed is provided as an indication and may vary depending on the product and label formats. The Solo Tapered is used in various industries, including paint (varnish, paint cans), cosmetics (creams, liquid soap), and spirits (alcohol packaged in tapered bottles).

The Solo Tapered can be integrated into a complete packaging line. For instance, it can complement a CDA filler (such as the K-Net Auto or the K-Line S) or an automatic capper (like the VSA or the VS1000). The Solo Tapered labeler can also be used independently. However, for the application of multiple labels on the same conical container, CDA proposes the Ninon Tapered.
