    •  Peristaltic pump

This method relies on the compression of a flexible hose by rotating rollers, thus defining a volume transferred into the container. Simplicity of product changeover (simply replace the hose) and ease of cleaning are notable advantages. The peristaltic pump is recommended for dosing fluid products in quantities from 1 ml to 250 ml, with an accuracy of +/- 0.5% of the dosed volume.

    • Piston pump

Thanks to a suction mechanism, the product is delivered to the piston dosing chamber from a reservoir, then pushed towards the valve and dosing head once the preset quantity has been reached. This method is suitable for viscous products such as mustard, ketchup and cosmetic creams. Piston pumps cover a dosing range from 1 to 1.3 liters, with an accuracy of 0.5% to 1% of the dosed volume, depending on product and quantity.

    • Rotary piston pump

Liquid is drawn into the dosing chamber until a specific orifice indicates the stop and the desired quantity, then the piston is rotated to release the liquid. This pump is used in a variety of sectors, offering hygienic advantages and simplified maintenance. However, it may have limitations in terms of suction.

    • Gear pump

This pump uses two gears to convey the product to the outlet. It is ideal for viscous products such as honey, oil and maple syrup, offering accuracy of +/- 0.5% for containers weighing from 10 grams to 2 kilograms.


  • Weight filling

Weight filling relies on the measurement of product weight during filling, ensuring unrivalled accuracy, ideal for expensive products such as pharmaceuticals. However, it is slower and requires regular calibration.


  • Flowmeter filling

Flowmeter filling guarantees a constant weight or volume using a flowmeter placed on the filling nozzle. This offers high precision, a hygienic approach and the ability to dose variable volumes.
