The DistriCap is an automatic cap orientation and distribution module designed and manufactured by CDA. Highly versatile, it can handle different types of caps (long or short twist-off) as well as closures for various containers (cosmetic jars, pill bottles, jerry cans, etc.). Compatible with standalone capping machines like the VSA for in-line capping or the VS2000 for continuous feeding, it seamlessly integrates into fully automatic packaging lines.

The DistriCap can be configured with:

• A cap elevator/sorter for twist-off caps.
• A vibratory bowl for plastic caps.

It includes:

• A stainless steel storage hopper,
• A vertical conveyor or vibratory bowl for cap orientation,
• An in-line cap placement head,
• Detection controls (e.g., foil presence),
• A motorized side transfer belt.

Thanks to its compact size and versatility, it can be easily integrated with CDA filling machines (e.g., K-Net Auto and K-Line S) and labelers from the Solo and Ninon ranges.
