Automatic dispensing DistriCap Automatic lid dispensing & placing machine

The DistriCap is an automated module specifically designed for dispensing twist-off capsules (other formats undergo testing before project validation). Manufactured by CDA, this machine efficiently distributes and places lids onto containers in a seamless “on-the-fly” process.

The DistriCap can be seamlessly integrated into various machines, including CDA fillers (such as the K-Net Auto or the K-Line S) or independent capping machines (like the VS1000).

Depending on the lid type, the DistriCap offers two configuration options. The first is an elevator/sorter/cap dispenser, suitable for twist-off formats. This setup utilizes a vertical conveyor that gravity-sorts the capsules onto a deposit ramp. The second option is a vibrating bowl, commonly used for plastic lids. The bowl ensures proper orientation of the caps as they move towards the ramp. This on-the-fly dispensing approach ensures a consistent and high production rate.
