The DS 1000 is an independent unscrewing machine with an intuitive touchscreen. This unscrewer can operate 100% autonomously but can also be integrated into various CDA machines such as fillers (K-Net Auto, K-Line S) or complete packaging lines.

The DS1000 adapts to a wide variety of product shapes, that is why it is suitable for all industries (food, cosmetics, chemicals, e-liquid…).

With a production rate of up to 1,500 products/h, one of its strengths lies in the possibility of adjusting the speed, position, torque, acceleration and deceleration of the motor and the clamp movement.

Solutions vials feeding and discharge are available as an option (for example an independent rotative table).
