The DS 2000 is an independent screw unwrapper designed and manufactured by CDA. This linear screw unwrapper (made of aluminum and stainless steel) is encased and allows the automatic removal of screw caps from containers. The DS 2000 can operate autonomously or be integrated into an existing packaging line. For example, an automatic labeler (from the Solo or Ninon range) can be installed after this screw unwrapper.

With a speed of up to 1500 products per hour, one of its main advantages lies in its ability to adjust the speed, position, torque, acceleration, and deceleration of the motor as well as the gripping device’s movements.
