Semi-automatic hand capper VS 50 Manual semi-automatic capping machine - VS 50

The VS 50 is a semi-automatic and manual capping machine. It is perfectly adapted to smooth and grooved caps. The capping heads are custom designed for a perfect fit on the cap. As a result, a new screwing head must be installed if a new cover is added.

The VS 50 is used as a stand-alone machine but can be ordered with different options:

• on a stainless steel mast (this must be fixed directly to a workbench or rigid work surface)
• on a mast with a fixing nut (for lateral fixing on a conveyor or a rigid work surface)
• on a 500mm x 350mm shelf
• on a stainless steel chassis with wheels.

The VS50 is easy to use, pratical and compact. Indeed, the various settings(such as the rotation speed) are made straight onto the screwing head. The VS 50 can be adapted to the needs of companies in various sectors, such as:

• food industry (twist off caps, caps with integrated lids),
• chemical (safety cap, hinged cap),
• natural products (screw cap, squeezer cap)

The VS 50 from CDA is a stand-alone capping machine that can complement the purchase of a K-Net (semi-automatic filling machine) or a Ninette Auto (semi-automatic labeling machine).
