The VS2000 is a fully automatic screwing machine manufactured by CDA. It is specifically designed to orientate, feed, and screw caps onto containers. The machine features a robust, enclosed stainless steel frame with Securit glass. It can be configured with three different sizes of stainless steel conveyors (82.5mm, 114mm, and 190mm chain).
The VS 2000 is capable of handling a wide range of caps, from Ø20mm to 75mm. Depending on the type of cap, the machine is equipped with the appropriate system, making it suitable for caps with grooves, integrated lids, childproof caps, and more.
Operating the machine is simple and user-friendly. Caps are fed through a vibrating bowl onto a multi-format conveyor belt. A sensor detects the caps, and a feeding device directs them to the screwing head. The screwing process and tightening torque are controlled by a brushless motor.
The VS2000 operates autonomously and is controlled via an intuitive touch screen interface. The screen provides access to parameter settings, including screwing speed, torque, screwing height, time delays, and more. Additionally, the VS 2000 can be easily integrated with other machines such as a CDA filler or labeler.
Due to its versatility, the VS 2000 can accommodate various cap and container types, making it suitable for applications across multiple industries, including food, cosmetics, chemicals, animal products, natural products, and more.
