Ninette 1 Labeling system to apply 1 pressure sensitive label on cylindrical products

CDA has designed the Ninette 1: a semi-automatic labeling machine suitable for cylindrical products. This labeler features a labeling station, allowing it to apply one adhesive label per container. With the addition of an option, two labels can be applied if the label and the back label are on the same roll (request this from the printer).

The Ninette 1 is perfectly suited for products with diameters ranging from 45 mm to 200 mm, such as:

• Aluminum cans,
• Glass bottles (wine, beer, spirits, oil),
• Jars,
• Pots (made of PET, PVC, plastic, etc.).

A Mini Kit can also be purchased (as an option) to label products with diameters smaller than 45mm.

The Ninette 1 can label up to 10 products per minute (equivalent to 600 bottles per hour). The pace depends on the container size, label dimensions, and the operator’s speed. The minimum labeling height is 5 mm, while the maximum is 190 mm (standard, but with an optional roller lift, the maximum height is extended to 290 mm). Manual adjustment of the label application height is required (achieved by modifying the label platform’s height).

The semi-automatic labeling machine Ninette 1 is operated through an intuitive touchscreen (equipped with a product counter). It also features a detection cell that automatically triggers the label application. Additionally, the Ninette 1 can be sold with a stainless steel frame on wheels (enabling easy movement of the machine).
