The K-Net Auto by CDA is a linear automatic filler equipped with :

• a Stainless steel frame,
• a Motorized conveyor,
• 1 or 2 dosing stations,
• a Liquid recovery chute,
• an Automatic centering device,
• a Touchscreen.
  

Additionally, numerous options can be added upon a customer’s request, such as a capping system (VS400, VS500, VSA), a remote inserter, etc.

The K-Net Auto can be adapted to various types of liquids : the integrated dosing system is modified by our engineers according to the customer’s products. This filling machine is suitable for various industries :

• Agri-food (edible oils, soups, juices, sauces…),
• Veterinary products (cosmetics, health, or animal feed…),
• Natural products (organic food, natural cosmetics…),
• Spirits (alcohols like whiskey, gin, rum, and other liqueurs),
• Automotive products (cleaners and other car maintenance products such as oils),
• Chemical industry (household products, liquid detergents, and other solvents).

The speed of this automatic dosing machine can reach up to 1200 bottles/hour (depending on the format and the liquid). Our fillers work with all shapes containers: round, tapered, flat, oval.

Moreover, the K-Net Auto filler stands out for its precision, ease of use, and cleaning. It can be used independently but can also be installed before a CDA capper and labeler (Solo series or Ninon series) such as :

• VSA (up to 2 embedded capping/enfolding systems),
• VS 2000 (automatic cap feeding and capping),
• Ninon (up to 4 labels on cylindrical products),
• Ninon Konic (up to 3 labels on tapered products).
